    I came across this wonderful establishment while driving back to San Diego from Reno and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The sandwich was delectable, and the service was truly exceptional. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of jerky and other meat products.

    I ordered the Capone and shall I say it is so yummerific I might just eat that for every meal. I ate it twice in 4 days. The jerky is expensive but sooooo bussin. I haven't tried the bacon yet but it smells so sigma. Love you

    We stopped by on our way to mammoth, got there about 5:30pm. They were restocking jerky when I got there and sadly for us, they stopped serving sandwiches at 5pm so no dinner for us. Was able to score my choices of jerky and a pack of their double smoked bacon. Jerky haul in order of favorite Habanero Brisket jerky - this was our personal favorite, very good flavors, but VERY spicy! Sweet and spicy full of depth. Nice tender chew, not dry or hard Teriyaki Beef jerky - great flavors softer jerky Sweet and Spicy brisket - texture was very nice, tender, flavors are sweet and spicy but lacked depth of the habanero flavors. Still very good Pepper beef - this is your more traditional, sore jaws dry and hard type jerky. Flavors are standard of what you'd expect from peppered beef. The double smoked bacon OMG!!! so good we went back on our trip back home for sandwiches and more bacon to take home. They are extra fatty tho so you'll get a lot of bacon grease from them. Of course I saved all that liquid gold for future use! I would saw the flavors are on par with smoked ham, these were just some damn good bacon!!! For $16.50/lb worth every penny IMO Turkey club. I went for the club over the deli sandwich (ham and turkey) only because I was hoping for that amazing bacon. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same. Felt like the one in the sandwich was more thin cut and maybe saltier? The bread wasn't great either, it was like... Hard and stale? But that turkey was great!!! I took the other half home and ate it next day for lunch. After air frying it, my sandwich was actually a lot tastier the next day!!! Bread was crispy yet soft from the moisture it absorbed. I really enjoyed my turkey club the next day! I think the deli sandwich (ham and turkey) would be way more amazing given how amazing the quality of meats are! The Stroke - OMG the pastrami is so good!!! But I think this sandwich is on the heavier side given how big a portion they give. I only had a few bites from my BF's sandwich and that was more than enough for me! The potato salad side, I enjoyed this so much I started looking up copy cat recipes lol. It doesn't feel heavy and has a lot of flavors from the peppers and onions! Great accompaniment to the sandwiches! It's a shame there are no locations in SoCal. They do offer online ordering and delivery, but prices are the same as in store plus the cost of shipping.

    I came in and bought a bit of ALL the jerky and imo: Anything with "brisket" on the label is the best. Honorable mentions: peppered beef and peppered elk. Also the habanero flavor. Not my fav: chipotle bourbon, anything turkey. Also bought a whole slab of bacon. It's the best bacon I've ever had in my life. If you come in for anything, let it be that. Service was excellent. Cool and unique spot.
